The problem

Technology should support your operations, not slow them down.

Most offices don’t have one technology problem. They have a stack of small ones that nobody owns, and every one of them costs a working hour somewhere.

Too many vendors, no owner

The phone company blames the internet provider, the internet provider blames the equipment, and you spend the morning on hold instead of running the office.

Fixes only after something breaks

Nobody is watching the equipment until it stops. Failing drives, expiring licenses and full backups all announce themselves at the worst possible moment.

Security left to defaults

Shared passwords, unpatched machines and old accounts that were never turned off. Nothing looks wrong until the day it very obviously is.

A new office that isn’t ready on day one

The lease starts, the staff arrive, and the internet, phones, printers and network are still three weeks out. Opening day becomes a workaround.

Equipment bought piece by piece

Machines from four different years, three different setups and no standard. Every support question starts with figuring out what that computer even is.

Growth that outruns the setup

The network was fine for six people. At twenty, the Wi-Fi drops in the back rooms and the file access that used to be instant now takes a minute.

HAL exists to remove that coordination problem. One partner plans the environment, supplies the equipment, deploys and configures it, secures it, and stays on to support it.

What HAL can handle

You can hand HAL a single piece or the whole environment. Either way, the same team is accountable for how it works.

Devices

Computers, laptops, mobile devices, monitors and accessories, specified and supplied, then imaged and set up the same way across the office.

Connectivity

Internet and circuits, Wi-Fi coverage, switching and cabling, so the far corner of the suite works like the front desk does.

Network & Wi-Fi

Infrastructure

Servers, network equipment, racks and power — the equipment room built as a room, not a shelf in a storage closet.

Infrastructure setup

Security

Firewalls, endpoint protection, email security, access control and user accounts, set up deliberately rather than left at defaults.

Cybersecurity

Cloud

Cloud tools, shared file access, email and hybrid setups, so the office works the same from the front desk or a hotel room.

Cloud services

Support

Ongoing help for the people using it all: day-to-day requests, maintenance, updates, and the planning for what comes next.

Managed IT
New office IT setup

Opening a new office? Start with the right technology foundation.

A new location has a hard deadline. The lease starts, the team shows up, and everything needs to work at once. Internet, phones, network, printers, computers, file access and security, all on the same day.

HAL handles that sequence end to end, so you are not managing five vendors against one move-in date.

01

Plan

We walk the space and the workflow: headcount, rooms, equipment, connectivity and the date it all has to be live.

02

Supply

HAL sources the computers, servers, switches, wireless, phones and printers, so the equipment arrives as one coordinated order.

03

Deploy

Rack, network, wireless, workstations, printers and phones, installed and physically placed.

04

Configure

Accounts, access, email, file storage, printing, security settings and backup are configured and tested before anyone sits down.

05

Support

After go-live, HAL stays on for day-to-day support, maintenance and the changes that come with growth.

Why HAL

Built to be the one number you call.

01

One technology partner

Equipment, network, security, cloud and support handled by the same team, so nothing falls between vendors.

02

From setup to support

HAL doesn’t hand you the keys and leave. The people who build the environment are the people who keep it running.

03

Built around your business

The setup follows your rooms, your workflow and your hours, rather than a fixed package.

04

Ready to grow with you

Standardized equipment and documented setups mean adding a person, a room or a second location is a change, not a rebuild.

Industries

Offices where the technology has to hold up.

Different rooms, different workflows, different consequences when something stops. HAL plans around the way each office actually runs.

Healthcare

Medical and dental practices where the schedule doesn’t pause because a workstation won’t load.

Healthcare IT

Pharmacy

Dispensing and retail environments where the counter, the systems and the printers all have to stay up together.

Pharmacy IT

Professional Practices

Law, accounting and financial offices where client files, email and access control carry real weight.

Practice IT

Small & Medium Businesses

Growing teams that have outgrown ad-hoc IT and need a setup that scales past the next hire.

Business IT
Cybersecurity

Your technology needs to work. It also needs to be protected.

Security isn’t a product you bolt on at the end. It is a set of decisions made while the environment is being built, and then maintained.

  • Firewall and network protection at the edge of your office
  • Protection on every computer and phone in the building
  • Email security, because that is where most attempts start
  • User accounts and access reviewed, not left open indefinitely
  • Updates and patching handled on a schedule
  • Backups that are protected and tested, not just switched on

How we work

Four stages, in order, every time. A full office build runs through all of them. So does one service you want someone to finally own.

01

Assess

We look at what you have, what’s failing and what the business needs it to do.

02

Plan

You get a clear scope: what goes in, what it costs, what order it happens in and when it’s done.

03

Implement

HAL supplies, deploys and configures the equipment, then tests it before your team relies on it.

04

Support

We stay on for day-to-day support, maintenance and the next change, whenever it comes.

Let’s build technology that works for your business.

Whether you’re opening somewhere new, replacing equipment that has had its day, or just tired of being the person who fixes the printer.
